How can i find if someone is blocking certain numbers to my phone

Hi,

A person cannot block calls to your device without having installed an app that can do it on the phone.

Now if the phone belongs to someone else, or they have account access, they can add blocked numbers. The only way to resolve that is to get your own account and/or remove the other persons access to the account.
Please help.
